• Service Call Charge: Within 35 Miles - $95 
• Service Call Charge: Over 35 Miles - $150
• Labor Charge Per Hour to Diagnose upon arrival: $150

El Paso RV Medic understands the unique challenges RV owners face when something breaks or malfunctions. That’s why we’re committed to easing the burden by keeping our service and labor rates competitive—often at or below those of traditional service centers and other mobile RV technicians—without compromising on craftsmanship or the high level of customer care you deserve.

Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients, providing a trusted resource to help ensure continued enjoyment of the RV lifestyle.

Service charges are calculated based on distance from El Paso RV Medic’s base location and the nature of insurance or warranty claims. However, due to the realities of mobile service such as ordering parts and making return visits we do not apply additional service call fees. Instead, we charge a straightforward hourly labor rate for all follow-up work.

Call out pricing is in addition to Flat Labor Rate with the exception of Black and Gray Tank Cleaning.  

Parts Sales & Installation Scheduling

• All parts sales are considered final. Clients are required to confirm installation scheduling within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the parts.
• Estimates, Invoices & Warranty Claims
• Invoices and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. 
• By communicating with El Paso RV Medic, you acknowledge and accept our terms, conditions, and pricing.

Estimates & Diagnostics

• El Paso RV Medic does not offer free estimates under any circumstances.
• Drive time is considered a Service Call.
• Time spent on-site is considered Diagnostic.

Payments

• A $75.00 convenience fee will be applied to all chargeback credit cards and/or returned checks.
• Credit card payments are accepted for parts only.
• No over-the-phone payments or mailed checks will be accepted.
• All services are billed hourly.
• We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Cash and Credit Card

Warranty & Service Limitations

• We do not do warranty work performed on vacation rentals or RVs used for public access.
• 30-day labor warranty applies to non-warranty manufacturer, dealership, insurance, and claim-related work.
• Labor warranties apply only to the original owner and are non-transferable.
• Diagnostics will not be conducted over the phone.
• We will not install parts not purchased through El Paso RV Medic for warranty, insurance, or dealership claims.

Parts Pickup & RV Storage

• Clients must confirm installation appointments or pick up ordered parts within 90 days. Unclaimed parts will be considered forfeited.
